CSRED U.S. DESK · BUILDING PRODUCTS

A practical U.S. desk for Chinese building-product manufacturers.

We introduce the right U.S. buyers, keep communication moving, and give manufacturers a clear weekly view of the market.

Manufacturer remains the seller. CSRED is not the importer of record, warehouser, installer, or warrantor.

BUILDING PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT

The categories we help move into the U.S. market.

Focused on products and equipment used by builders, GCs, fabricators, distributors, importers, and Chicago 1–4 family projects.

Shipping and customs coordination

We help U.S. buyers navigate shipping, customs duties, documentation, and handoffs so the process runs smoothly. The buyer or importer remains responsible for final customs decisions and charges; substantial CSRED work may require an additional fee agreed in advance.

HOW THE DESK WORKS

Commercial clarity before a handoff.

01

Understand the product

Category, FOB/FCA basics, sample policy, and the U.S. account that fits.

02

Find the account

Reach builders, fabricators, distributors, importers, and relevant projects.

03

Introduce clearly

A qualified lead has a named company, contact, and reason the product fits.

04

Report and hand off

Friday reporting and a weekly call keep next actions visible.

FOR CHINESE MANUFACTURERS

Your U.S. market desk, without pretending to be your importer.

CSRED provides the U.S. number, bilingual communication, commercial outreach, and reporting that helps a factory build a real pipeline.

SERVICES IN THE AGREEMENT

A repeatable desk for U.S. introductions.

VERIFIABLE ACTIVITY

Your own CSRED Command portal login

Your company receives a separate sub-account login to CSRED Command, our branded marketing coordination portal, plus its own assigned U.S. phone number. Incoming and outgoing call activity can therefore be tracked specifically for your company and connected to our marketing efforts. See contacted leads, contact notes, emails sent, phone-call activity, and other outreach in one place. You can read conversation records and, where recordings are available, listen to calls—so the work and activity counts are transparent and verifiable. The portal interface is currently in English and is designed to be clear enough for marketing managers to review. Anyone who prefers Mandarin can copy notes from the portal, paste them into the CSRED app, and translate them directly into Mandarin.

U.S. number and inquiry path

Operate a U.S. telephone number and English-language inquiry path during Central Time business hours.

Bilingual WeChat cadence

Maintain English / Mandarin communication with one weekly strategy call of approximately 45 minutes.

Targeted market outreach

Reach U.S. builders, GCs, fabricators, distributors, importers, and other targets in the product category.

Friday report

Activity counts, conversations, objections, next actions, and open requests for the factory.

Qualified introductions

Introduce U.S. accounts and assist English commercial correspondence until handoff to the export team or importer.

Optional parcel dropship

Only for SKUs the manufacturer marks parcel eligible on the product schedule; not a warehouse or freight program.

Qualified lead: a U.S. company with a named contact, working email or phone, and a logged reason the product is relevant. It is not a purchase-order guarantee.
MONTHLY RETAINER

Choose the desk level that fits.

Plus a 3–5% success fee on collected FOB and an optional placement fee when a stocking importer or distributor signs.

Request the Manufacturer’s Representative Agreement

Tell us about your factory, category, and U.S. goals. We’ll send the operating details for review.

FOR U.S. BUYERS

Find the Chinese building-product category that fits your project.

Request a specification, sample, or quote and tell us what you are sourcing. We’ll route the commercial conversation to the appropriate manufacturer or importer.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES

Building products and equipment for real U.S. channels.

We work with builders, general contractors, flippers, fabricators, distributors, and importers. ChicagoSwap serves Chicago 1–4 family projects as one channel.

Stone CNC Chair currently names Hoyun for outreach. CSRED is the desk, not the seller. Not Hoyun USA. Not exclusive.
We help coordinate shipping, customs duties, documentation, and handoffs. The buyer or importer remains responsible for final classification, duties, and charges. Substantial CSRED assistance may require an additional fee agreed in advance.
Quartz note: U.S. safeguard or anti-dumping duties may apply. The buyer or importer must confirm classification and duties.
01

Tell us the project

Company, trade, metro, material, and timing.

02

Request a sample or spec

Share the product and performance details you need.

03

Meet the seller

The manufacturer or third-party importer handles the sale.

04

Pricing, Incoterms, duties, delivery, and warranty stay in the buyer-seller contract.

Request a spec, sample, or quote

Give us enough context to send your request to the right channel.

ONE U.S. DESK · SEPARATE CATEGORY CHAIRS

U.S. Chairs by category

One house. Separate rooms. One factory per category. Exclusivity is a paid, earned right — not a logo on the homepage.

Three rules for every Chair

  1. Paying Starter or Growth buys a desk and can reserve a Chair. It does not buy exclusivity.
  2. Limited exclusivity for that category is discussed only on Enterprise ($4,999/mo) and is earned only after Document A + Schedule B-1 (Collected FOB threshold). Until earned, status stays Reserved or Occupied — non-exclusive.
  3. The same U.S. shop may be introduced to two Chairs only if the categories do not compete. That is written on the Friday report.
CATEGORY DISCLOSURE

Conflict list — who sits in each Chair

We will not desk two factories in the same Competing Family. Naming a factory on this page is not exclusivity. Exclusivity is excluded unless the manufacturer pays Enterprise and later earns the Schedule B-1 rider.

Category groupChairCompeting FamilyStatusFactory namedRoom link

How exclusivity works

  • At signing, every Chair is non-exclusive.
  • Starter $1,999 and Growth $3,499: Chair possible, exclusivity excluded.
  • Enterprise $4,999: factory may request a Schedule B-1 rider for THIS category only.
  • Limited exclusivity starts only after Collected FOB threshold (planning default US$250,000 trailing 12 months) and a signed amendment.
  • While exclusive and current on retainer, CSRED will not accept a second factory in that Competing Family.
  • Direct factory sales to U.S. buyers remain allowed. Avoiding the success fee on a CSRED-introduced account is not allowed.
  • This page is disclosure, not the contract. English contract controls. Wyoming law.

What sits in this Chair

Factory media

Factory floor — Foshan. Nameplate video pending configuration freeze.

Three separate commercial invoices

1. Factory FOB

The manufacturer invoices the equipment or product and remains the seller.

2. Freight · duty · rigger

Independent logistics, customs, and installation providers invoice their own work.

3. CSRED Document B

CSRED invoices only the separately agreed desk, introduction, or coordination work.

Third-party finance only

Any financing is provided by an independent third party, subject to its underwriting and documents. This page is not a financing offer, and CSRED is not the lender.

CSRED vs. factory responsibilities

CSRED desk

Market outreach, bilingual communication, inquiry coordination, reporting, and commercial introductions.

Manufacturer

Product, specifications, quotation, sale, export documents, quality, warranty, and factory obligations.

Exclusivity public summary

This Chair begins non-exclusive. Starter and Growth exclude exclusivity. Enterprise may request a one-category Schedule B-1 rider, but limited exclusivity starts only after the Collected FOB threshold and a signed amendment.
